Dr. Amr Hassan Mostafa is an Associate professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at Cairo University. He is a highly specialized consultant and experienced in adult heart & blood vessel diseases. He underwent a four-year clinical/research fellowship at Texas Heart Institute and University of Kentucky USA in 1988-1992.
Dr. Amr is fellow of the Society of Cardiac Catheterization and Interventions (SCAI) as well as a member of both the American College of Cardiology & European Society of Cardiology. He held various international leadership positions as Director of Cardiac Catheterization and Coronary Care units. He has several local and international publications in major Scientific Journals such as the Journal of American College of Cardiology. He organized & chaired several international Cardiovascular Scientific Meetings in collaboration with Emory University & Ocshner Institute in the USA.
Dr. Amr is an experienced clinician in various aspects of heart and blood vessel diseases and their long-term treatment and prognosis. He has vast local & international experience in management of acute heart & blood vessel emergencies and utilization of the latest catheterization, angioplasty and stent technology in treating such disease and coordination with other sub-specialties to arrive at the best treatment option according to international guidelines. Dr. Amr utilizes the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic tools available at Oasis Clinics to diagnose and treat cardiac patients.
