Dr. Ahmed El-Shazly
Consultant of Pediatrics
Dr. Ahmed El-Shazly is a Professor of Pediatrics and Neonatology and a senior academic leader in child and neonatal health. He currently serves as Head of the Department at the Nasser Institute for Research and Treatment in Cairo, Egypt.
Dr. El-Shazly received advanced medical training at Kasr El Aini Medical School, Cairo University, and King’s College School of Medicine, London, UK, combining strong regional foundations with international clinical exposure. He also holds a professorship in Pediatrics and Neonatology at Benha Faculty of Medicine.
In addition to his academic roles, Dr. El-Shazly has extensive clinical experience at major tertiary institutions, including Maadi Armed Forces Hospital in Cairo. His expertise spans general pediatrics, neonatal care, and the management of complex pediatric conditions, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, compassionate care.
