Dr. Aly El Mofty is a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Cairo University with more than 26 years of clinical and academic experience. He is widely recognized for his comprehensive expertise across all aspects of orthopedic surgery, with particular distinction in hand surgery, microsurgery, and upper limb reconstruction.
Dr. El Mofty’s research excellence in hand surgery earned him the State Award of Scientific Excellence in 2003. His work in bone tumors, microsurgery, and upper limb surgery positioned him as one of the founding members of the World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, reflecting his international standing in the field.
Over more than two decades of private practice across several prestigious hospitals in Egypt, Dr. El Mofty has gained extensive experience in spine surgery, knee surgery, and orthopedic trauma and fractures. His professional exposure in the United States, Canada, and Japan has further enriched his practice with the latest global advancements in orthopedic and reconstructive surgery.
