Dr. Antoine Halepian
Professor of General & Laparoscopic Surgery, Cairo University
Dr. Antoine Halepian is a Professor of General and Laparoscopic Surgery at Kasr El Aini Hospital, Cairo University. He earned his Master’s degree in the Surgical Use of Laser in 1985, obtained his MD in 1992, and completed advanced surgical training through the SAMU program in France in 1995.
He has been a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons since 2010 and currently serves as Head of the Department of Head, Neck, and Endocrine Tumors, a position he has held since 2015. Dr. Halepian also works as a Consultant Surgeon at Salam Hospital and the Cairo Kidney Centre, where he has been practicing since 1995.
Dr. Halepian specializes in advanced general surgery and minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, with extensive expertise in head and neck tumors, endocrine surgery, and laser-assisted surgical techniques. His academic background and decades of clinical experience ensure high-quality, evidence-based surgical care.
