Dr. Mohamed El-Toukhy is a Lecturer and Consultant of Neurosurgery and Spine at Kasr Al-Ainy College of Medicine, Cairo University. He holds a PhD in Neurosurgery and Spine from Cairo University and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and surgical management of complex brain and spinal conditions.
Dr. El-Toukhy is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (London) and has completed advanced fellowship training at North Midlands University Hospitals – NHS (UK), where he gained in-depth exposure to modern neurosurgical and spine techniques within a leading tertiary healthcare system.
