Dr. Wafaa El Aroussy
Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine.
Dr. Wafaa El Aroussy is a Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at Cairo University and a former Chairperson of the Cardiovascular Medicine Department. She earned her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Cardiovascular Medicine from Cairo University and has held the rank of Emeritus Professor in recognition of her academic and clinical contributions.
Dr. El Aroussy completed advanced international training as a Research Fellow at the Centre Cardiologique du Nord, Saint-Denis, France, and obtained a University Diploma in Echocardiography from Université de Paris Val-de-Marne.
She brings extensive expertise in cardiovascular diagnostics, echocardiography, and advanced cardiac care, combining academic excellence with long-standing clinical leadership at Cairo University Hospitals.
